Location: 63 North Franklin Street Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701
Annex I was built in 1883 by the famous architect, Bruce Price.
The Queen Anne Revival Style, which dominated American architecture in the late 1890’s, was introduced to Wilkes-Barre with this building. Price created strong textures for its exterior by using a combination of brick, shingle, stucco, and timber.
Annex I is currently in the process of a historic restoration.
